5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Pan-India within 5–14 working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen events.

Note: Risk of loss passes to you once shipped.

6. Cancellation Policy

User-Initiated: Not allowed under any circumstance.

Company-Initiated: We may cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors. Full refund will be issued accordingly.

7. Return & Replacement

Returns: Not accepted.

Damaged Products: Must be reported within 48 hours with photos at support@iyrosolar.com.

8. Refund Policy

• Refunds only for Company-initiated cancellations or out-of-stock items.
• Processed in 15–30 working days.
• No refund for delivery delays or customer refusal.

9. Warranty and Repairs
